The Country Candle Company produce beautiful candles all hand poured in Wiltshire, England. We produced their plain round silver tins with welded seams which were then filled with various gorgeous scented candles and fully labelled.

We were asked to produce a new range of fully printed square candle tins that would not leak when the candle was burning. Our client was keen that we produce this tin without a welded seam, to offer a smooth print finish all around the tin. After a number of glue trials, the final candle tins were tested, approved and ready for bulk production.

With Tinplate staff on-site to test for leakage throughout the crucial gluing production stage and to ensure that the print and emboss lined up accurately, we successfully delivered a fabulous range of printed square candle tins for The Country Candle, all ready for the hand poured wax.
